My kids and me are so lucky to have Dr. Casper as our Doctor. She is very kind and gentle and very understanding about my concerns with regards to my kids. The new facilities are so clean and spacious and of the course the ladies answering phones and greeting you are awesome as well. I am truly thankful for all they have done for me regarding appointments, little surgeries etc. They understand that they aren t dogs .. they are my kids. Cant say enough good things about Dr Casper but she is so awesome in keeping the kids healthy and giving me advice about better ways to do some things. Would rate everything 5 out of 5. You wont be disappointed with the care and service you will receive. D. Davidson

Yes! Everyone was amazing to deal with, they answered all of my questions. The doctor even checked out a previous injury Louis had even though I didn t ask about it. I was very impressed with that. You definitely have the feeling you know your pets are being taken care of! Amazing service overall!! Thank you very much to everyone!

The girls that work there are awesome, they were able to accommodate my situation no problem, I love this place, life savers!!

Very happy with everthing. But the final bill i found way to high. Would of been around the 150 mark on Vancouver island not 250. Tough to pay that when jobs are scarce.

Dr. Casper was great with Jeremy. She has been working with him since he was a puppy and he is now 7. I have nothing but praise but for the Pet Hospital!

Although I love Dr. Jody Casper, actually, all your Vets are amazing, however the Only thing I have a hard time with is the pricing really should be more compatible, it seems quite on the higher end. Great service though from all staff. They are irreplaceable
