I love this place.Friendly,immaculately clean,the best people who REALLY CARE about our babies and us.The BEST veterinarians with state of the art equipment and always at the top of their game when it comes to the best treatment for our most precious family members.

There is an older heavyset grey haired lady at the front counter that is very rude. She was rude to my husband on arrival, then rude to me when I had to come in to speak with the doctors about how ill our pet was. This person seems to be completely lacking in customer service abilities.

My experience was fabulous! I felt Dr Xu really cared about my Gia and wanted to make sure all my questions were answered.

the only reason i didnt get anything done when i came was because it seemed way over price, i asked them just to look in my cats ear and it was going to be 190 dollars so if you all can try to do what the customer is asking and move on from there it probably would ve went better

I waited in a hot room for over an hour and was very disappointed in the overall experience. We’ve been loyal customers for nearly 20 years. Please work on your systems. I would have been happier in my car if I had to wait that long. The young woman at the desk was rude. Unacceptable. We all have schedules and customers - let’s at least be kind.

It ended up being $500 for our 2 dogs, which was ridiculous. Sure they needed a few things but to charge someone that much for one visit was insane. My husband brought them and he said he asked about picking cheaper options for flea medicine and not doing a bunch of expensive testing. But yet the total bill was still $500. He said no one tried to save us any money or offer any kind of new patient discounts or coupons or nothing. Your office is by far the most outrageously overpriced vet office in town. If other places can offer the same exact services for half the price you all charge, then that should be clue number one that your prices should be looked at and reevaluated.

In my last visit I was very disappointed. The cut my dog s nails badly after his surgery. He was bleeding and in pain and the doctors didn t tell his he was bleeding of bandaged him up. We called and they told us to put flour on him like he was part of a baking process. I had to insist so that they could attend him and bandage him. When I came back I was waiting 30 minutes with none to tend to us. It was an emergency because my dog just had a surgery and he needed to rest. I had to be very persistent so that the could tend to us.

This clinic is the best vet clinic I have ever been too.

Since my father is a vet (equine only) I really only use a vet if I have an emergency. This is the third time I ve used you all for something and I highly recommend your practice. Service is great and pricing is very fair. Thank you for such great service.

Dr. Xu was very informative and a genuinely nice person. The diagnosis was terminal but she helped explain that we had a little more time together. I’m very appreciative of the care that she and the staff provided

Everyone was super great about the whole situation! Dr. Fuller spent a great deal of time with me when initially discussing surgery with him. Dr. Fuller was very thorough when calling me to give a post-op update and gave me ample opportunity to ask questions etc.

Very impressed by the professionalism of all the staff ??the prices were very fair as well. I highly recommend this vet service ??

My dog s nails were trimmed to the wick and were covered in cloth to try and cover it up We were given no aftercare instructions and when I called to get them I was given attitude and treated stupid

Dr. Trisch was very comprehensive about our options for breeding Deemster and Molly.

Thank you for saving Bear. He is a dog I rescued and honestly I didn t think he would survive but thanks to ckv he not only survived but is thriving.

The wait time was really long that day, it was around 30 to 40 minutes of waiting in the parking lot.

The wait time was way too long. I never received a call as promised that my pets would be ready to be picked up. I called in and then had a long wait to retrieve. No one explained after care for the spay/ neuter. I have been a long time customer and usually very happy. This experience was not acceptable.

Thank you for coming to the car and getting my dog and bringing her back to me during this time of Covid.
