It has been a long time since I have used your services. I was pleased with the vet I had.

I wish that the doctor had explained things more. I came in with my dog having issues pooping and she did his annal glands but didn’t say anything much else. I had to ask if I would hear anything from the sample that I brought in.

I love the service you get from this clinic.. I called with the fear of a broken leg on my dog and they said come straight away... I moved an hour away from this clinic but will still make the drive for my dog..

When a client is obviously having trouble with their pet s anxiety in the waiting room for 45 minutes any effort to appease the stress should be the norm. It should be obvious that adding paperwork to be completed just to update the office information would not make the situation better, especially when it was indicated that the pet was there with a minor who is not the account holder. A 45 min waiting room hold then additional 30 in the treatment room for a nail clipping & anal gland expression is excessive to not even see a vet

I always have a positive experience at your office - from the front end to seeing Dr Tritsch.He always gives his time to explain everything to me - which I appreciate. Eventhough I have moved 40 minutes away I will continue using your services!

Great support staff, very friendly and efficient . Doctors are super, knowledgeable and are able to explain diagnostic procedures and results . Love this place, I never feel rushed.

Honestly, I was nervous about bringing my babies in to the vets but everyone was so nice! I ended up leaving in much brighter spirits and even got to see my baby girls bitty babies in her tummy! It was exciting and my two sweeties didn t seem nearly as freaked out as I had anticipated either. Over all, I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to the vets with my guinea pigs.

Front office staff need more education on directions to customers, especially regarding surgical procedures. I had to call regarding food withholding and pain pill withholding prior to stem cell injections/procedures. Not good! Most folks wouldn’t have known to pick up on that.

Dr Kevin is fantastic and I sure do appreciate that he asked how Moose was doing relating to the last time he saw him. Thank You

First time client who just moved to town. Making an appointment on quick notice was super easy and appreciated. Staff was very welcoming and listened to my concerns and needs. Will definitely be back as a regular client because of how easy the process was.

The vet that was willing to see me and my pig in the middle of the night was both skilled as well as compassionate. I was very thankful to have someone so willing to go the extra mile for us.

We were a bit shocked at the cost. I cannot remember if I was informed off ALL of the tests that were going to be run.

We really appreciate the time Dr. Tritch sent spent with us consulting prior to the surgery. We also thought there was great communication during and after the surgery. However, it was not clear to us that we were to just came to pick up our dog the next day. We thought someone would call or schedule an appointment for that to happen. Additionally, when we picked up our dog after surgery the individual with whom we met regarding aftercare instructions seemed very inexperienced and unsure about some of the issues we needed to address

Impressed that you were open Saturday and Sundays that is very convenient. I wish you still had your walk in clinic. Facility was very clean staff was very professional.

We love the care our cats receive. However, I was shocked when I looked at the bill and saw that we were charged $20/cat to have their back claws trimmed, a procedure that took about 10 seconds. We are very disappointed that it wasn t considered part of the exam.

i traveled from Louisville to bring two of my dogs to the Vet at Central Veterinary Center in Georgetown because i know and trust the care they will receive there is the BEST... thanks to a marvelous staff and doctors:)) thanks everyone!

I thank your recipient ant very nice, I was checking out and your nurse ask her if she wouldn t mind checking me out and the recipient had a smart remark about I haven t been clock in yet .So the nurse helped me.

I ve been a client since 1993 and the rates keep going up to more than friends are paying. Fifty dollars for Transportation Certificate was final straw. The recipe contact said her vet includes with visit and is half the cost for fecal exam. I ll be sorry to lose Dr. Weakly.
