Although I wasn t given a time other than the end of the day for pick up. My daughter and I both brought our dogs at 7;30am for teeth cleaning. She got a call at 945 her dog did fine and picked up her dog at 1pm. I called at 2pm since I hadn t heard anything about my dog and was becoming concerned. They were getting ready to do his teeth cleaning. My husband picked him up at 5. My dog has severe anxiety and freaks out in a crate. I do hope he was not in a crate for the better part of the day.

We always enjoy our visits, won’t take our dogs anywhere else!

I’d like to suggest that no one other than the vet and vets assistant be allowed to enter the exam room and give a treat to the patient. I’m sure there was no funny business but it was strange to me when someone else came in and gave 3 treats to my pup. I asked if these were meds or had meds in them. It was just strange and left me wondering who that person was and what did my pup just ingest.

I signed in. No one ever said anything to me until they called me to a room. Staff was ok certainly not overly friendly.

We were there for about an hour, just to get 2 healthy cats in for their yearly check up. The vet spent 5-10 min with us. The rest of the time was spent waiting... No explanation was given about the long wait time. It has happened that way several times. If there was an emergency, I could understand, but I don’t think that happened. I also don’t like your automatic scheduling technique. It always catches me on vacation & I have to waste valuable time undoing it. (This time I was out of the country, so that was an expensive phone call.) I think it’s presumptuous to assume I am available for an appointment when the computer chooses it. Overall, I am not happy with the changes I am seeing in your practice over the past few years. (I have been coming to you for at least 15 years.)

I have always had great experiences with every visit to your fatality. I look forward to our future visits there.

We brought our Yorkie in for the first time to have her teeth cleaned. The staff was fantastic, the facility was nice and clean and we were completely satisfied with our appointment. I would definitely recommend them.

I m not sure that any changes can be made, but parking was a nightmare. The clinic is so busy and it would be nice if employee parking was elsewhere.

It would be wonderful if you could send a text and or email to your clients as to when you are having 1/2 price dental cleanings, as well as rabies clinic days. I have 3 pets and this really help with my cost.

I was not impressed that my 3 legged dog had to be stuck twice in her only front leg to draw blood because of a miscommunication somewhere between your front desk and the vet tech. Its been 2 days and she is still having trouble walking because she is so sore. I am not pleased.
