Everything was what I look for in a veterinary clinic. Friendly staff, clean facilities, helpful and convenient. Staff and veterinarians are very knowledgeable and willing to explain procedures and options available. My experiences with this clinic couldn t be better!

Only suggestion is to inform customers, ideally when they make their appointment, the current COVID-19 restrictions you have in place in the office. Particularly the fact that only one person can come in for appointments. My husband and I coordinated significantly to ensure we could both be off work for the appointment, so he could help me wrangle our 3 cats, and was only informed of these restrictions after we got there, resulting in him having to sit in the car for over an hour. Otherwise everything was perfect!

I travel 100 miles round trip to have Annie seen at CKVC because you are all efficient, knowledgeable, pleasant, courteous and helpful - with special mention of Jane who gently comforts in times of sadness. And I ve saved the best for last. Dr. Weakley is a jewel. He has cared for many dogs of mine and always with kindness and understanding and caring whether it is for a routine visit or euthanasia. Would have appreciated a better explanation of why my dog had to have so many teeth extracted. Was told not to give antibiotic and pain med the morning of surgery because she would receive them then, but this was not the case when I received post op instructions. I understand there could be further issues not seen on initial exam, but would have liked to have had a better of what was found. Thanks

It would have been helpful if the vet who did my dog s surgery had called me when I came to pick her up and discuss her surgery, since the current office policy is no entry or contact. It felt weird just dropping her off for / picking her up from surgery and the only contact I had was with the vet tech.

The wait time was the only negative. The antibiotic and anti inflammatory made my dog very sick. I could not give him a second dose, but he is doing better.

We ve ALWAYS been very pleased with the efficient, friendly care our pets have received there. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!! Virus restrictions have forced everyone to make adjustments. However, I arrived for my scheduled appointment on time, but waited outside for twenty-five minutes, before someone came out to speak with me and bring Murphy in for treatment. I understand the extra precautions, but that seemed a little extreme. You have a large waiting area that was empty, while I was there, and I was wearing a mask. I can t understand why nobody was allowed inside. Responsible precautions are one thing and I m on board with social distancing, but this seemed like unnecessary overkill.

My dog received an allergy shot for itching and his problem is a lot of extra mucus. I felt like I was being pushed along an assembly line. Different doctors all the time. Too impersonal. I’m only coming here cause he is one of Kathy Graves puppies.
