Although I love the new facility, I miss the staff that was in the older building. Where did they go? They were always so friendly and loving to our pet. I didn t recognize any of the front desk staff and the lab tech, Michelle? didn t act like she knew what she was doing regarding what our dog was even there for. She kept asking me what vaccines my dog needed and I almost told her that was what I depended on her to know since she had the chart. She seemed very distracted and confused and that didn t make me feel as if she knew what she was doing. Dr. Joy, however, was as kind, gentle and calming as ever. She knew exactly what our girl needed and answered all our questions. The check-out process was again with a staff member I d never seen before and she also seemed confused and asked me what the charges should be. Maybe there are some just some new building, new processes pains and adjustments that are occurring, but I do miss the old staff members who knew us and made us feel welcomed.

the entire staff is professional and personable...The staff takes very good care of our pet and we are thankful for them.

I brought Shadow in for a blood for blood draw for blood parasites. Somehow the technician thought he was there for nail trimming. When she returned him and commented that his nails were not very long, we discovered the mixup and the blood draw got done!

I would use PAH exclusively but I cannot afford it so I only come in when it is convenient....I could have gone out to Bradshaw in PV and it would have cost me 1/2 of what I was charged on my last visit

waited 20 minutes to be put in a room. Dr Jason was rushed, not very thorough in her explanations and cold. Not personable at all! Will not see her in the future.

Mix up on my appointment time handled nicely, I had an email confirming an11 am appointment, yet your computer when I arrived said 2:15 pm. No idea how that happened, but I was seen by 11:20 thank goodness. Had I been turned away - told to return at 2 - I never would have walked through your door again.

A little too costly, but all else was very good.

We just moved to town and my cat had a bad tooth. We had tried another vet and was not happy with their service. PAC was able to get our kitty in same day. The staff was very professional,friendly and the office is beautiful too. They took the time to get to know our pet and us. We felt very confident with our vet s assessment and she started treatment right away and our kitty s tooth will be coming out in 4 days. This will now be the vet we choose for our pet s needs. We highly recommend them!

The staff there was very friendly, and I did not have to wait long. They also had the TOOTSIE POPS!! and not the regular ol dumdums lol so my kid loved that. Also beautiful facility.

I really liked Dr Joy & her helper ...Jacqueline? The waiting was too much however. My appt was @ 2:10 & wasn t done until abt 3:45 for a simple exam on a cat with 1 blood draw.

I absolutely love PAW and will never go anywhere else. Even with taking all 3 of my dogs in at once I still feel listened to and given enough time. All of our dogs get excellent care from everyone here.
