Dr. Skinner was very helpful. He went on the floor with our dog to evaluate his limp. No x-rays were necessary, only NSAID medication. Dog is 100% back to normal.

Thanks so much for taking care of Ruby for us. She s so much better now than she was when we first brought her...although now she is hooked on treats,haha??

When I called to schedule my appointment I asked specifically for the price of the blood test/draw that was needed for my pet and told it would be $24, when I went to pay after her blood had been drawn I got a bill for about twice that amount. When I inquired I was informed that I had been given the wrong price and that it had always been that much. I understand that mistakes happen but double the price I was told seems like quite a big difference, especially for something small and preventative that isn t required.

Where to begin ?! Right when I would have thought PAH could NOT get any better; they continue to do so. Their professionalism, kindness, understanding, patience, friendly service remains as high as their beautiful, new facility. Thank you so much !

Your star grading system doesn’t work.

For insurance claim purposes it would have been better to list the complaint for which we brought Riley in. Instead, the bill had a description of Examination, Comprehensive Physical. The main reason we brought Riley in was to evaluate the food issues we d been seeing recently, not for a routine exam. Haven t submitted the claim yet, but we ll see. My insurance doesn t cover exams, only problem situations. It was politely explained by the people at checkout that the computer only had a limited number of descriptions to print on the bill. It seems the people have no control of the COMPUTER s decisions? I d like to have seen, in addition to the a description of the result of the visit, a description of the reason we were seeing the vet -- the presenting complaint/condition.

I recommend everyone to PAH. My pets get a great experience and care from the Vets and staff.
