I was charged different than I was quoted and my pet Smokey was poked twice to get blood and the vet couldn’t, blood gushed from his hind leg. He was very stressed and got sick in the car on my way home. Not a very happy visit. Never happened in the past

I was incredibly impressed with Dr. Mittal. My business is in NY, but I live in NJ. I used to bring my dogs to Lefferts before moving. I am rethinking which vet I want to use, my current vet, in NJ, or come here to Dr Mittal. I was that impressed. She is a fantastic addition to Lefferts Animal Hospital.

We didn t have to wait at all. We were taken in right away right on time with our appointment. The reminders were wonderful in email and phone. Dr. Sirutis took care of our Kush. She was very knowledgable and patient, gave us good advice.

I love Doctor Yang. After going to lefferts for several years, he diagnosed my Frankie with allergies, prescribed medication and crime and I see a remarkable difference with him. We were so impressed that we made an appointment immediately for our other dog.

I wonder if it s possible to expand the waiting room. I thought maybe that was the plan when you acquired the building next door. It can get really claustrophobic in there sometimes. Otherwise you do everything well!

Dr Valdez has saved the life of two of my cats. I have used Lefferts for many years and found them to be fair and reasonable in pricing, one of the most accessible for appointments on short notice, and more capable of delivering essential services that other vets do not have such as multiple doctors available at all times for emergency surgery, and in-house equipment that some vets do not have (blood tests and sonograms). The only down side is the wait times sometimes are long but that is a reflection of a successful practice that is in high demand.

Dr Chandonnet continues to take her time answering my questions. Furthermore, she ensures I know my options for keeping my three cats healthy. She spends a little extra time making sure my cat(s) are comfortable and not afraid. She always goes the extra mile when explaining things to me. She is Max, Jax, and soon Jagger s favorite.
