When two or more options of treatment are offered, I think doctors should mention the cost of each so that we can make the most informed decision possible.

Waited for two hours. Way too long. Thinking about leaving and going to a Vet that has less wait time. Very frustrating. I understand 20-30 minutes. But two hours?? Nuts

If a pet come in there for any type of blood work only, they should have to wait 30 minutes to an hour or more (because I’ve been in there for 2 hours waiting) for a heartworm test only. Mind you your staff says on the phone it will be an in & out appointment. 2 hours is not an in & out. Then I have to wait another 30-45 for the bill. Why can’t we pay in the room?? Also you guys need to clean the waiting area better.

The staff is so awesome they show such compassion dr. Matal and her assistant Emily it s always so wonderful I feel very comfortable bringing my pet there I definitely give them five stars

I have nothing but good things to say about this Office. The front desk receptions are top notch, the doctors are a Godsend, and the techs are amazing. My 18 year old cat was brought here all his life. I wont go anywhere else.
