I am fully satisfied with the care my dog received. If I were to have any negative feedback it would be that the waiting area is very chaotic and uncomfortable to be in, especially with an ill pet. There is not enough space separating people and thier pets from each other. Besides that I am happy.

Trust my animals with them for years

This visit was by far better than my last. Even though I’ve only brought my puppy in to get her last round of boosters and the vet actually took the time to exam her properly. He even told me how her heart and lungs were doing. I haven’t been satisfied with a vet in a very long time. The girls in the front were great too. They let me sit outside until a room is available. And the assistants offered help being that I juggled both of my pups.

Always get attentive care for my cat Tang. I love his clinic!!!

Dr super friendly and listens to your concerns

It would be more helpful if the clinic was partnered with pet assure (a free program) cause the bills get expensive

The waiting area is way too small . It should be expanded into the wellness clinic since as far as I’ve seen it is usually empty.

I wouldn’t take our dogs anywhere else and highly recommend Lefferts Animal Hospital to everyone who has a pet(s).

I felt my pet doctor constantly tried to sell me products. For her physcial checkups, He did not even check my cat s eyes or even take her body temperture; I paid for all full price but only recieve 50% of service. I think the reason he did not do that because my cat is not a friendly cat and his assistant does not even want to try! After this visit, I m not sure if I m going back again.

I love Leffert s Animal Hospital and all the Doctors and Staff. They really care about you and your pets! I have been with Leffert s Animal Hospital for a long time and I would not want to go anywhere else for the care of my pets!!! I highly recommend them to all!!

I must stick to the first or last appointment of the day. The wait time is too long and I don t know if it is due to overbooking or emergencies. It is great that you are busy from a business perspective however; from a client perspective it is a nightmare. Five stars on all the above.

Great service and professional staff

Problems taking survey on my phone. Five stars for every question except questions 4 & 6. New Dr spent only a few minutes in the room with us but we were charged $75 for a comprehensive exam. He didn’t check teeth, ears, legs, heartbeat (like other Lefferts Dr’s do). He was very nice, but not as experienced or professional as all of your other Doctors. I wouldn’t want to see this Dr again; I’ll stick with Drs Halpern, Mystry, Mittal and Valdez :)!

Reduce wait times especially if you have an appointment or alert customers to delays. Also if making an appointment with specific doctor should see that doctor or made aware of delay when checking in. Wait time nearly an hour and pet saw a different doctor than one requested during appointment creation.
