I have been coming here for years and always had a good experience. I really liked the new office next door just for cats and small dogs with a much more pleasant waiting area. Love Dr. Mistry. She is an excellent vet and a very nice person. Highly recommend Lefferts Animal Hospital.

I brought my mothers cat in for her annual vaccinations and she became sick a few days later. She would not eat and very sluggish. She is eating very little even now after putting meds in her ears. She started to eat when we brought her home, but her full appetite has not come back. She still is not playful. I cannot bring her in tomorrow. Will call soon to speak to the vet. Claudette Lancman

The wait time has to get better. I know doctors offices are notorious for waiting, but with a room full of anxious animals it makes everything too stressful. I live a 5 minute walk away; I’d rather be called at home 10 minutes before the doctor is available and I’d head out the door. The doctors and technicians are always wonderful—all of them. The receptionist has been there for years—she’s lovely, friendly and helpful, but she’s answering phones, greeting incomers, ringing up my bill and organizing medication all at the same time—I usually end up waiting just as long trying to pay the bill as I do waiting for the doctor. Our visits to Lefferts Animal Hospital are usually so stressful—strictly due to the waiting room experience, front and back—that I dread going, even though everyone there is really great.

it s very easy to be seen office hours are convenient,providers listened carefully.Staff very friendly and helpful. They tried their very best to help you that s what building is the way it is so everyone can get the best possible care for their love. The facility is very clean you can feel comfortable no way if you want go home if you guess. you guys are very loving, keep up the good work it s hard to find people who care. Thank you think of all the organizations like this make sure the little people live to be old and have love.

It wasn t easy to be seen because I goofed and scheduled an appointment for the wrong day. So we had to wait about an hour to be seen, but it was completely my fault.

I would like to acknowledge Dr. Mistry because she explained everything about my pet s condition and genuinely cared about him and his well being. It s comforting to have someone who deeply cares and is there for the owner s in the most difficult times of our pets lives.

If there are substantial amount of dues for a pet, billing should be a mandatory explanation before during and all changes. Also upon larger sums owed upfront , staff collecting dues can give a courtesy call or notification on how much will be due prior so accommodations can be made by owner to make payments.
