This was my first time visiting, and I was so happy with the care we received. I particularly appreciated being able to use the side door to bring my dogs in and out since there were 8 or 9 animals in the waiting room when I arrived! Thank you very much for the excellent service and veterinary care you provided.

Lovely front desk staff, however, there need to be at least 1 additional staff there and the wait before and after seeing the Vet is way too long. Additional seating needed in the waiting area is warranted

Dr misty is the best vet in that office she has knowledge and is very willing to explain procedures clear and simple. And they should get rid of the black front desk receptionist and leave the blond one she has people skills.

did send a separate email, but I think your staff should be educated about dogs descending directly from working bloodlines. Many behaviors of these types of dogs such as suspicion levels, thresholds, defense drives , aloofness are normal for dogs of this type of dog community.

I love the staff am a long time client the doctors have always been wonderful in handling my pets and I have owned quite a few they are compassionate and understanding.
