the doctor, nurse and front office staff were all very professional and helpful

The waiting room is very small and difficult for owners of reactive dogs who have to sit not only to wait for their appointment, which is expected, but very long after your appointment for the bill to be processed. I think we waited about 20 to 25 minutes after our dog s appointment. This is stressful.

I loved that Dr. Valdez took his time to explain everything in detail.

Dr.mistery I believe is her name was absolutely amazing. Not only did she educate me about everything dog related she answered my millions of questions! And the staff was extremely nice and helpful!

Can the website be set up to allow me to request an appointment without having to select a Doctor? Basically I want to be able to select the first available appointment close to the selected time on the selected day?

Dr. Matol and the assistant eboney are wonderful my experience from the first time that I went has been amazing I I would highly recommend actually the whole staff everyone is very kind and attentive

We have always been offered a discount for the next annual visit for our two pups but always forget to bring the receipt every year. I wish they have it automatically noted in the computer so even without the receipt, we still are able to avail the discount rate. It is not easy to track receipts especially after a year. I believe I did not receive a discount for our recent visit.
