Very happy and my dog was safe and happy as well

I was so happy to finally have an appointment with Dr. Mistry. She always exhibits the highest level of professionalism and she listened to my concerns. I liked the way Dr. Mistry handled my pet Joe. She was extremely fair with the bill. It was a very pleasant visit. Also, the staff at Lefferts is AMAZING.!!!!

I recently had my dog Bailey spayed, and everyone was very nice, friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to answer questions that I had. Also, last August my cat Nala was suffering from lymphoma and we had to help her cross the rainbow bridge, and Dr. Mistry was very compassionate and caring and that really meant alot because that was a decision I dreaded making. So far Lefferts Animal Hospital has been wonderful. Thank you

The best vet I ever experienced

Put more vet, because I have to wait a long time in the room for him to see the pet.

I don’t have any complains, the staff worked with me on scheduling my dog to come in for updated shots. Also the staff was understanding when I called to let them know I was running 5 minutes late to the appointment time.

The vet and assistant was very kind and took good care of our pet.

Your techs are the best in this field. Attentive, empathetic, patient and highly competent. My recent visit the other day was extremely positive. Excellent care. It’s the first time I’ve ever made a tech appointment. Thank you for the great work you all do. I don’t remember their names but both the female and male tech were EXCELLENT.

Do better !

My dog goes every month for a Liberal shot. She was called and I went outside to get her. When I came inside the technician was no longer waiting and I had to wait for another technician and there seemed to be confusion over the purpose of the visit.

Easy to get appointment. Patient care was given. Instructions were given for meditation and easy to follow. Friendly service.

I brought my pup in for a dental cleaning consultation I was told his teeth was fine but then they realized left eye was dirty. Vet said they would swab and see what the bacteria was … he never came to say what he saw and I believe he put Claro in his left ear because I was charged for it.

Always a great experience so happy I switched to this practice!

Tyler is always treated like a guest rather than a patient.

I know you probably can’t do anything about this, but while I was there with my cat, people in the waiting area were extremely loud and chaotic. A little boy having a screaming meltdown, sneezing and coughing without covering his mouth, people talking loudly on phones. I can’t speak for others but it was extremely distressing for my already stressed out cat (and me lol). I’ve never been to a vet office that allowed so much noise and commotion. I wouldn’t want to be the person who had to say something though, and I’m not sure if you even could so I understand but it was very upsetting. The Dr and the tech were both very kind and gentle with my cat, thank you for that. The staff was very helpful when I called before the appointment too. The only other suggestion I have is, I’d like the Pet Portal to have more details about the visit and the Dr’s determination. You’re all doing very difficult work and I appreciate everyone there!
