As a new client coming in I was not told of the policy of the credit card charge. If I had known I would have brought other form of payment. I was not happy.You should tell this information to new people that haven t been to your clinic when making appointments!

Great first visit!

Dr. Hainje spent time to answer my questions and the tech Sarah even cut the pills for me. And as usual, the staff was friendly & pleasant. It is difficult waiting for the lab reports though.

The staff at BGVC are just awesome! Our kitty has cauliflower ear, he will be shown at 4H this year. The staff was very patient with our 4Hers to educate them about his condition, they showed them how to clean his ears and what to watch for. BGVC doesn t just care for animals, they truly want to educate animal caregivers.

Dr Hainje and Beau were wonderful !!!

This group of people are so loving and compassionate! They care for all the fur babies AND the mom, dad, and daughter!

I received news that I definitely wasn’t expecting and that I didn’t want to receive however I appreciate the honesty and gentleness and compassion that you guys shown and are showing myself and my family. Scooby likes you guys which is something that I am thankful for as well.

Sarah is very knowledgeable, explained everything well and answered all of my questions. She is awesome!

They cared for us so kindly when our cat passed away. They also cared for our dog before he dyed. It was a “no brainer” to have them care for our new kitty. The office staff are all friendly and helpful. The clinical staff are kind, knowledgeable and want what’s best for all family members…pets and they’d parents

I’ve been a client at BGVC for many years (18, at least). The staff are typically friendly and helpful, and have gone out of their way for us many, many times. We much appreciate the clinic!! That said, after a hiatus of a number of months (due to all our little ones having passed on), I have been a bit concerned about the turn-around time for test results (urinalyses, specifically), particularly when results indicate a problem. I don’t recall this being the case in the past, and explanations about it have been non-specific, and a bit unclear.

Was able to get our dog in the next day. Staff is very friendly.

As always Battleground veterinary took the best care of my labrador retriever while being neutered! I have always been nothing but impressed with the staff and doctors that work there and will continue to advertise Battleground veterinary as the best of the best!

your parking lot is terrible. It took me almost 3 hours to get all the mud from my dogs feet cleaned out of my vehicle. Almost enough to consider going elsewhere. Please pave the parking lot. From my invoice charges, I feel that maybe you could invest in a nice parking lot. I love you guys, but......... If you have to, charge us all $5 more or something & pave the parking lot. Please

The wait time was a little long

I have been going to this vet for years, and recently I have had to have weekly treatments for my kitty. I have to say I am blown away by my vet (Dr. Hainje) and the tech (Sarah). They have given me so much time and kindness during a very difficult process. I know they have cared for my girl as if she were their own and I couldn t be more grateful to them. Sesa and I couldn t be in better hands.
