you people are a joke ! my baby needed a surgery and because i told you i needed to talk to my wife because the amount ( 1850.00 ) was so much you told me i would have to find another vet because you didnt have any time to do it !! thats ok because wildcat creek animal hospital did the surgery for ( 600 ).i would not recommend you people to anyone !!

The front desk employee forgot to charge us for our dog’s cone. My roomate even asked her multiple times if we were good to go, and she replied with yes each time. That evening, I got an email saying that she had forgotten to charge us and we will still have to pay. That’s kinda annoying since we asked multiple times if we were good to go and we’re all checked out. The lady also told my roomate that we still needed to schedule our dog for her booster shot even though she is already on the schedule. I understand that mistakes happen and that you all are busy and things slip through the cracks. It’s just kind of annoying that we have to pay an additional fee because it wasn’t on the original invoice, or estimate.

Dr. Hainje and the staff were great! Everyone was friendly and they treated my cat with care. They were able to get blood from my cat quickly, something which has been tricky for her in the past as she can be a hard stick. They also did a laser treatment on both of her knees which she needed since we hadn’t been able to have her knees treated since we moved to Lafayette about 2 months ago. I can tell she’s moving easier now. They’re also only about 10 minutes from my apartment which is a great bonus!

They were so understanding to my cats massive issues with being locked in a cage or carrier and NEVER acted like I was just one of THOSE owners just being dramatic. I was terrified to take him in because of his anxiety but they made me feel so much better. When they brought him out to me he was actually purring!

Was very pleased with everything except masks being optional. Given the Tippecanoe Health Department s recommendation that everyone should be masking indoors (including those who are vaccinated), I would have felt better if all were masked. I did appreciate having the vet tech and veterinarian mask up in the room.
