My appointment was T 4:30. It was 4:50 before i got in a room- my cat was miserable being in a confined kennel. Alternate places for waiting where pets don t have to be locked up.

I attempted to address an issue with my bill but my view point was not well received or explained from the billing side. I received a notice last Oct/Nov that my dogs were due for vaccinations. I scheduled that apt in January. I then received a notification just a month or 2 after that apt that his rabbies vaccine was due. I understand that by state mandates, a full examination is required for the rabbies, but my point in raising this situation to attention was that there is absolutely no need for 2 physicals in a year and that when I scheduled for the first visit in January, it would have been the responsible thing to tell me to hold off until rabbies were due and get all of it at the same visit. Instead I have forked out over $100 just in the office visits for the TWO physicals. That point fell on deaf ears and the only response I got was that you wouldn t have done the rabbies shot 5 months early. No, but the other vaccinations could have waited!

Fur balls on the floor would be the only cleanliness problem I saw. Vet and technician were both extremely friendly to my cats, and as a result my cats were much more calm and well behaved than they were at previous vets. Lots of emphasis on petting and calming my cats as opposed to restraining them
