We were so appreciative when Dr. Hainje made a special trip to the office to operate on our cat s pyometra condition because they didn t think she would survive until her scheduled surgery in the morning. They are so caring for your pet.

As a first time puppy owner, I have no idea how much some of these shots will cost, or which ones I need to make sure my dog has. Maybe offer a vaccinations guide for puppies so the owner can check off which shots and boosters have been received, and include estimates of pricing on the vaccination guide! I do like that my invoice at the end of the visit says when each vaccination expires, but it would be nice to see the total list of what is recommended for all dogs, and a list of shots recommended for dogs in this portion of the Midwest.

This was an emergency situation and I appreciate the fact that they were able to see Lilly between scheduled appointments. She is recovering nicely and her injury would have become more infected over the weekend if she hadn t been seen and treated. Carol Watson

The intern did not appear to use any lubricant on the thermometer when taking cat s temp. This may be why cat reacted so strongly and bit wife.

I really love how my dog is treated at Battle Ground Vet Clinic. However, I came in on a Saturday for a simple blood test that should have lasted only 15 minutes or so and I was there well over an hour. They had clients come in over an hour early which messed up everybody s schedule. These people need to realize that if they show up an hour early they won t get treated...

Everyone was very friendly and concerned about my dogs health. They took time to answer all my questions.

Drop off took much longer than it used to. If someone has an 8:45 drop off time then they shouldn t have to wait to sign the docs and drop the animals off.
