Dr. Udrasols is thorough and clear during appointments, great at answering questions and very personable with both the furry folks and their owners! Did not feel like he was rushed at all, really took the time to make sure our needsvforvcining were met, have recommended him to several friends already!

We ve been going to Dr. Udrasols for probably the last 20-25 years. He is always considerate, kind, caring, honest and extremely knowledgeable about the care of our dogs. There isn t anyone we trust more with the health and care of our furr babies and we will continue to refer any pet owners we know to his practice. Provider focused more on trying to convince me to get flea preventative than addressing my pet s issue. She spoke to me about fleas as if I didn t understand how they work and I ve been a pet owner my whole life. It was frustrating.

The doctor was unfriendly and unengaged. Not really impressed. Also....Ellen wasn’t there...it was Charles. Prefer a more personable environment.

An explanation of charges would be very helpful. Or a predicted estimate would be helpful in preparation when making decisions in the pt rooms.

Overall, a very quick and efficient experience!

Every time we come in for appointment, it s a completely different staff...everyone. it used to be that we would recognize at least a couple of people...now no one. What s happening? We have to explain explain explain because your staff has never treated our animals. Not good.

Dr. Spencer and Dr. Udrasols are the best. I am very pleased with the attention they gave my Reggie and Dr. Udrasols sending me to Indy Vet for an ultrasound saved his life. My only suggestion would be to add ultrasound to your practice. I love Meridian Vet. I always get in quickly and everyone is always very kind and sweet.

Great staff and doctors! They always answer all my questions and concerns to my satisfaction! I stayed with Meridian Vet even after I moved several miles away! I don’t think I could find another practice that takes such care with my pets.

We were lucky to get a cancelled appointment or the dog could have been in pain until Tuesday after the holiday. Dr. Udersoll, though, said he wouldn t let a dog in pain wait and he would always make time so perhaps that could be explained to the front desk. They were extremely nice and cooperative and did offer to call me if someone cancelled but maybe they didn t know that the doctor would have somehow fit the dog into his schedule rather than have it be in pain for several days.

The staff is ALWAYS AWESOME

I would not go anywhere else for my dog’s care. Love everything about Meridian Vet!
