Front desk needs sensitivity training. Abby has anxiety so I was attempting to make it easier for her. I parked on the side to stay away from a high traffic zone. The person at the desk who called me to bring Abby in did not listen to my concern, and proceeded to tell me that parking on the side of the building is not the process. I have been coming to woodland springs for 8 years and have frequently parked her. When I tried to explain the receptionist hung on up on me. Not sure this person is cut out for the job long term if she does not listen and find better customer service skills. I would recommend more training and supervision. I did not get her name but you can figure out via my appointment time

We love Dr. Slough and Woodland Springs vet. Dr. Slough and his staff are always so kind and thorough. We know are fur babies are in good hands.

All of the doctors make me feel like I m not doing enough for my pet even though I know I m a great pet parent

Compared to previous visits, I was disappointed in wait times this last visit—arrived at 6:59am to check in pet for surgery and wasn’t seen until almost 7:30am and had about a 20 minute wait to pick up pet after checking in later in the day.

I very much appreciate not being pushed into making decisions when I am not sure

The reception and staff were amazing, very helpful and informative. Will definitely be coming back for all of my dogs needs.
