Dr. Lotter is always very good and the staff does a great job with my fussy dog.

Compared to previous visits, I was disappointed in wait times this last visit—arrived at 6:59am to check in pet for surgery and wasn’t seen until almost 7:30am and had about a 20 minute wait to pick up pet after checking in later in the day.

I very much appreciate not being pushed into making decisions when I am not sure

I would like to see Dr. every time

The reception and staff were amazing, very helpful and informative. Will definitely be coming back for all of my dogs needs.
