We have been coming to the office for 4 years now. Over the last couple years, we have really noticed a push to up sell. Y’all have always remained very friendly and easy to schedule. However, I don’t think every test, procedure, or product is of 100% necessity. It becomes a little exhausting to expect that every appointment will come with some sort of extra recommendation and not just routine anymore.

I waited 40 minutes past appointment time without being acknowledged. The vet tech who prepped the room and took care of us was the only person to mention the wait and apologize. At the very least, one of the receptionists could have said something to us.

I feel like the pricing was super expensive compared to other places. Great staff and Dr but prices are outrageous.

I truly appreciate the EMERGENCY OPTION on your answering line. My pup was very ill and I had just been told the Vet office I had used for 25 years could not see her. My concern was met with quick action from your office. I also appreciated the follow up call the following day. I have now transferred all records to your office and I will be using the grooming and boarding services. Your very convenient and extended office hours are very helpful as well. Thanks Anna Moser
