I’m always very happy with the service and results from the clinic. Dr Slough is wonderful and compassionate. I trust my dogs lives to him.

We’ve been told several times “your dog needs to lose weight” and we always ask for suggestions and have yet to receive any helpful feedback. The vet tech seemed very concerned about our concerns and the doctor was quite the opposite. She came off condescending. Doctor Shomock was her name. She asked if we ever cleaned our bulldogs folds which made me wonder if she’s ever seen dirty folds on a bulldog. Not a great experience.

I was VERY happy with every aspect of our visit! The entire staff was super friendly and made me feel so comfortable.

The only thing that bugs me when I come for a visit it that it feels like a used car lot and your trying to up sell me any all products for my dog. It sounds like, how about this, have ever thought about using this, this is much better than that, and I come out paying a hefty fee and I turned now most of the up sell. What would it have been if I said YES to it all. Just my observation.

Staff was extremely helpful and caring with my dog! Fantastic first impression!

As always my babies were cared for and pet insurance forms filled for me.

Unfortunately we had a very poor experience at our last appointment. I called and specifically asked for a same day appointment if possible and they scheduled me for 6 pm that evening. That was great! We showed up and they acted confused and then said oh your appointment is tomorrow. It’s quite the task to get our cat loaded up and into the car and we also had our 6 month old baby with us so it’s not that easy to just leave and come back, especially when it wasn’t our scheduling error. They said they could go ahead and get us in that evening. What they should have told us is that we would be there for two hours. If I had known there was no room to see us and we would be there for hours, we would have left. By the time the doctor saw us, the cat and the baby were so done that it was very hard to focus and talk to the doctor about everything. I feel like I left with unanswered questions. I’m not sure if we’ll be back.

We love WSVH and Doc Loter for taking great care of our pets for 12 years.

Everyone is always caring to both the pets and families. When appropriate, sharing treament options and taking the best care of our four legged kids.

First time to see Dr. Song. He was very informative and seemed to really care about Ranger and Huey. I have been coming there for quite a while and will continue. I have seen Dr. McCutcheon and she was terrific also.

Dr Lotter always treats my 14 year old with so much care. She has been my pups vet all these years and does it with so much passion. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and very helpful.

I’m really going to miss Dr Song... He has been a great asset to your company. I really hope he gets his dream practice and does wonderful in it! Good luck Dr Song and THANK YOU for taking such great care of my doggies I’m going to miss you!!!

Amazing doctor

You guys are great! Sometimes the wait can be long, but you take excellent care of the animals that come in for it.

We had to wait almost an hour to be seen - this is very u acceptable. My dog was very stressed and this only increased with his wait.

I trust this vet more than I trust my own doctor. Very passionate and throrough.

Great place! I wish my medical dr was as half as personable as our vet, Dr. Slough. Thanks to everyone for the wonderful service.

Waiting time has been very bad lately. Vets seems to be understaffed during practice and some doctors that have seen my pet(not all) act rushed to leave the room. Satisfied with friendly and helpful front desk.
