Prices are higher than other veterinary clinics

I rated my overall experience two stars because when I first started coming here I was told to just schedule appointments which meant the check up fee + the shots fees my animal needed. I wasn t informed I could schedule appointments specifically for the shots that wouldn t include what I m assuming is a check-up fee. Basically, it wasn t until my third or fourth visit the doctor and the assistant(?) kept asking me if there was anything else I needed them for with confused looks on their faces. I was clearly down as having an appointment for the shots and a check up on my animal, except I didn t need a check up for my animal just the shots. Then they told me that whenever I came back I needed to schedule a different kind appointment. Would have been great if one of the ladies in the front who greeted me in a prompt and friendly manner or if any of the doctors that are sensitive to me and my pets needs could have told me this the other two times I scheduled my pet to get shots so I didn t waste my money. Pretty sure the doctor that finally informed me there was a cheaper option that didn t waste his time or mine was Dr. Song so shout out to him for being a real one.

I’m amazed at the CONSISTENT excellence at this clinic. The staff is so knowledgeable, attentive and helpful—-we leave each visit just feeing so well cared for. Dr Slough has done an incredible job building this practice and I recommend you guys every chance I get!

First time seeing Dr Schall.... it was great to get in to the clinic in the evening... Usually I see Dr Loter, my dear friend for many years. I so appreciate the evening hours in an emergency!

Prices are a bit too high

The only thing I’d suggest is more clarity on the website regarding making appts.

It was my first visit to this clinic with my cat, and we will definitely be back. The staff was prompt, polite, and they made us feel so comfortable.

The wait time was about an hour, but we were a squeeze in on a pack Saturday. I understand the reason for the wait, but it was quite a bit longer than expected. We truly love WSV, and recommend it to all of our friends and neighbors.

I am very happy with all aspects of the services they provide.. The staff is awesome!!!!

My only issue is that the vet wanted to do everything at once and was hesitant when I said we had a budget. I know my dog has a lot of issues but financially we are only able to do so much.
