Dr. Loter is a wonderful Vet. She is always very compassionate and kisses my kitty ever time I bring her in. You can see her love of animals and I appreciate it.

Wine was calmer here than at the previous vet. She actually stopped shaking and ate a treat.

Dr. didn t ask if I had anymore questions before leaving. That is the main thing I would have changed as I did have one but didn t get to answer it.

Love the clinic. Great for me and my dog.

We have visited the practice a few times. We never get the same doctor. The biggest problem is that it seems the most important thing is financial. Before anyone even looked at our dogs (2), they were going over pricing. Simple vaccinations were extremely expensive and it seems we are nickled and dimed for every little thing. We asked for a refill of the medicine we treat our dogs ears with and were told they wouldn’t fill it without running additional tests. Its the same medicine we’ve always used! The doctor was rude when I asked a question and snapped at me in reply. We are done with is practice and will warn our friends.

The tech, Nina was awesome! Dr Carol was nice but she didnt seem to have a real love for dogs. She wasn’t very friendly toward my dog. It’s seemed like more of a job than her passion. Could just be her personality but I want to feel like my vet loves my dog. The prices were high as well.

Dr Eric is great! He took the time to address my concerns and even scheduled a follow up visit for Zoey.

Our 15 year old dog had a seizure on Sunday evening. He had another one at 5:45 Monday morning. I called WSVH at 7:00 as soon as they opened they got us in immediately for a 7:00 appointment. Dr McCutcheon was professional and compassionate. She evaluated our dog and set a treatment plan in action. The entire staff was friendly and caring and responsive to our questions. We couldn t have been treat better or been served better. Thank you. Lew Smalley

It could be just my interpretation: A male member of the team was a bit abrupt. You asked about friendly greeting and if it were not for the lady at the computer I’d have answered no to that question. The ladies once we were called to the room were also very good. Overall you guys did what you do well, and I’m a fan of your vetinary practice at this location. Possibly just my misinterpretation- we all make mistakes! Thank you as always.

We have seen almost every vet here. The one we saw our last appointment was new which I understand, but didn’t even knew which shot she just gave our dog. Other than that she was fine. I just find that a little concerning. My dog received the shots she was supposed and there were no issues but my dog has reacted to some vaccinations in the past.

I wasn’t sure when the end of the appointment was. For a bit I was sitting there and wondering if I should leave or stay in there. Just cleared communication on the doctor/staff of we will be right back.

I love your facility and staff !! You have been there for Macy Grace and I through a very scary and life threatening time. You ve been there for us at a moments notice.. administering medical expertise with expediency and compassion. I will be forever grateful. Judy Harvey

I have been taking my dogs to see Dr. Slough and his staff for 6 years now and every visit is above and beyond outstanding! I remember back at my first visit and I was so impressed about how clean and professional the clinic was and the staff were all so friendly and welcoming! Six years later and I still go in and get that same treatment every single time! My dogs and I love Dr Slough and value his expertise 100%! He is always very professional and very patient with what seems like the million questions I have for him. He always has an in depth answer no matter how long it takes! I always refer everyone I know to this clinic! You will not be disappointed!
