A year and a few months ago Sweetie had a serious surgery and his recovery was due to your exceptional care. The fact that he is so healthy now brought tears to my eyes. You are all awesome. Thank you so much. Sweetie has helped me through the loss of my husband two years ago. Please know my prayers are with you.

We had a mishap at the end of our visit which was a one off. We ve never had this happen before but are offering that all vet personnel make sure the waiting room is clear before opening the door to the waiting room OR the owners have 100% control of their dogs before opening the door.

You guys are the best, starting with the prompt response with everything: scheduling, re scheduling, emergency appts, results, etc. Friendly staff and great vets and tech vets! We love you guys!!!

We are going to use y’all as our new primary vet from now on! So glad you are so close and are open late!

Every time Quincy comes in the door it’s automatically $250 then usually it’s ALWAYS more after that. I like the service but it’s a bit too pricey.

Dr. Carroll was amazing - she was patient and honest. For that reason we will be returning.

The staff was so friendly and so nice and they truly truly care and have compassion for your fur babies!! No pressure and they tell you EVERYTHING that’s is going on and what they are doing. Just an over all amazing place!!

I cannot praise the staff here enough!!! All were empathetic to my needs and worries about Harley. Maybe three times is a charm!?!? Ha ha High five to y’all! I acknowledge and high five everyone there- amazing job.

Dr. Loter always provides exceptional care for my pets. I appreciate her honesty and the treatment plans she suggests to keep my pups healthy. I m so glad to have found her.

Dr. Garrard is awesome! I love how she got down on the floor and loved on my baby. It was an amazing visit and I really appreciated all the staff and Dr. Garrard sending us a personal email AND calling us to see how Loki was doing. She really let us know that she cares and we are so happy that we found an amazing vet :)

Doctor Loter & Doctor Solough have been taking excellent care of my dogs since the day they opened up their hospital.. Love them!

Dr. Slough is a great vet and someone I ve trusted with my pets since he opened his practice approximately a decade ago. He s a consummate professional who gives you accurate advice and doesn t come off as trying to push elective treatments for your pets that they really don t need. On more than one occasion Dr. Slough has shied away from doing elective treatments on my cats due to their age, which says a lot about him as a person and veterinarian. Bottom line, if Dr. Slough suggests a treatment for one of my pets, I trust his advice 100% and do not think twice about doing it!

Felt like we were being nickle-and-dimed

I called Woodland Springs Veterinary Hospital with an emergency with my dog having chest bleeding. I had not a clue as to what had happened. I was told to bring the dog in as soon as possible. I got to the clinic in about 15 minutes from my location the nurses and nurse assistance ran out to the car to meet me to greet me not knowing what kind of car I’d be in I gave them no immediate detailed information, they picked Apollo up blood & all wrapped up in a towel took him in, and seated us in a very private room for further instructions . I would like to take this time to thank the entire staff and nursing staff for the phenomenal experience that I had with your hospital I especially want to thank Dr. Carroll for her expertise in surgery with a Apollo. I would recommend your facility for veterinarian care to anyone and everyone that loves their pets ~hats off to the staff and it’s entirety thanks Lynn Garnett

I would highly recommend this clinic to everyone. The staff were so kind. Not over priced at all. Very professional but humble. I love love love this place for saving our Izzi. Thank You All ??????????

Dr. Loter is a wonderful Vet. She is always very compassionate and kisses my kitty ever time I bring her in. You can see her love of animals and I appreciate it.

Wine was calmer here than at the previous vet. She actually stopped shaking and ate a treat.

Dr. didn t ask if I had anymore questions before leaving. That is the main thing I would have changed as I did have one but didn t get to answer it.

Love the clinic. Great for me and my dog.
