Finding a veterinarian clinic when you move is actually more important to us than acquiring a family physician! Our Scottie children have found their caregivers going forward. From the wonderful technician to the vet, Dr. Song, the care and sincere interest in our dogs was beyond expectations, and our expectations were high. Knowledge, professionalism and kindness is a special combination and Woodland Springs Vet Hospital from greeting, care and exit has it all. Thank you to the staff and special thanks to Dr. Song.

My first pet, and I ve been apprehensive to visit veterinary offices, because I have friends who pay quite a bit for care in the past. But I was surprise to find the care and options more than reasonable. I don t feel so spooked about it and plan to make regular appointments. So far, so good with this office, i ll be back.

I have always had an amazing experience at this vet clinic going on 6 years with Dr. Slough. I continuously recommend them to anyone I come across! Some of the things I love most are....I feel like he treats my dogs as if they were his own and he is never rushed and takes as much time as I need to ensure all my questions are answered. Simply put...the best vet I have ever had!!

This place is amazing! The staff is so friendly and helpful. Dr. Song is now my favorite! So thankful they could get us in right away. I was super thankful they kept me updated on the cost so I wouldn’t be surprised or shocked at the end. I believe they did the minimal amount possible to help my dog Charley. By that I mean they didn’t take advantage of me in a rough situation. I will definitely be back.

We ve been going to WSVH since it opened. Our pet s primary veterinarian is Dr. Slough, and we all love him. With one exception, I have been incredibly happy with the staff and service.

Dr Beth Loter has become a dear friend to me and my dogs over the past years. I appreciate her care, knowledge and gentle nature.

Captain Jack can be a difficult patient, but the staff was extremely understanding and made us feel very comfortable. Also, the vaccinations caused Captain Jack to have tummy issues, and the doctor returned my call late in the evening to check on him. I’m extremely happy with the service and friendliness at Woodland Springs. I’m happy to have found such a helpful and kind practice.

For some reason this time there was a scheduling oops and I almost did not get to keep an appointment anywhere near the original time. For some people that might not be a big deal, but I live about an hour away and take off of work to bring my dogs in. Glad they found a spot, but not sure what caused the problem in the first place.

The staff was very friendly and my dog was very comfortable with them.

I called ahead to check on pricing for our puppies second round of shots. I was told it would be around $80. After our visit when we went to check out I had the $40 off first time visit coupon and my bill was still $100. When I asked about the cost I was told there was several other things they did that I was not aware of. The visit was much more than I was told, there were things they checked on my puppy I am not sure why they did and was not asked if I wanted it be done. Pretty frustrating. We also had to wait for almost 40 mins to see the vet. The wait part I understand things happen however, the cost of the visit was very frustrating and not expected.
