Every staff member has been tremendous, courteous. I am always warmly greeted and everyone seems familiar with my dog which makes me feel he is safe and cared for. Dr Kaitlyn Johnson is amazing and her care has given Dancer a longer life and drastic improvement in his health, thank you!

I have been a customer of yours for years. We have three pets that we have been taking to you since 2015. The second to last visit I had there (before this week). I had to wait an exceptionally long time in the exam room before we were ever seen. However, this visit takes the cake. My appointment was scheduled for 3 PM. I arrived at 2:45. At 3:25, while still sitting in your lobby, I heard the front desk announce that “Max” was here for his 330 appointment with Dr. Chin. Of course, I had a 3 PM with Dr. Chin and I was still waiting myself. Max walked in and he was given a room straight away. I walked up to the front desk and I told them that my appointment was at three with the same doctor and yet I was still sitting and waiting. Eventually, I was told that that dog had a reason for getting in earlier and within five minutes (330) I was taken back to a room. My pets are nervous going to the vet. It is stressful. That kind of wait is uncalled for - and especially since that was not the first time. At that time I told the attendant that my cat had an upset tummy this morning and he had a little bit of soft stool stuck in his fur. He is a longhair cat, and I cannot get that out by myself without another person to help stabilize him. At that time, the attendant offered to help with cutting that out of his fur. I was appreciate of her offer and had no idea that I would be later charged $37 for the attendant taking less than three minutes out of her day to cut that out of his fur. I was NOT told ahead of time that I would be incurring that charge and I felt it was unfair. Furthermore, I did not get the impression that Dr. Chin was a very confident or experienced doctor. She was pleasant enough, however, I felt that she did not portray to me that she was knowledgeable or confident with my pet. She also tried to sell me a $50 box of probiotics. I was going to buy it until they quoted me $220 something at the end of that was supposed to only be a $97 visit. That is insane. You guys have a lot of turnover there in your vets. I see different vets all the time. And frankly, you are more expensive than a lot of vets in this area. I have continued to go there because of the history that we have with your office and because you are conveniently located to my house. However, after this visit. I am done.

Woodlands Springs Vet Hosp is the best in the area! I wouldn t take any of my pets anywhere else. All of the staff -- from the front desk to the back office, and everyone in between care about your fur babies. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

The cost of services has become increasingly unreasonable. I was quoted several different prices before services and then was told at the end that it was actually more because they ran a different test instead. When I got home I received a call saying that I paid for a service that I did not receive, but to stop by since I paid for it. The back and forth about the cost was ridiculous. I will be looking for another vet.
