The staff is always so friendly, kind and helpful. Easy to get things scheduled and they do a great job following up with you throughout the entire process. Nancy always feels comfortable when we go and that s a great thing.

The old hours were better. I have to take off work to bring my dog in and that makes it very challenging. Please bring back weekend or evening hours. Otherwise, I may need to find another vet that has more convenient hours.

I love Woodland Springs. I have been going there for the last 10 years with all my pets. You are a bit expensive, but worth it. The staff is wonderful and I would not go anywhere else.

It has become too hard to get in if the pet is really sick. My pet only had an ear infection, but I could only get an emergency visit 6 days later. I am NOT a new patient, and services were never this hard to secure when I started with WSVH. Vet services are good, but availability is disappointing. DFuller
