I showed 2 days early for our appointment got my days mixed up. Even though they were completely booked, they fit us in! I’m so thankful they did that for us!!

I like the candle in the lobby. Maybe the staff could speak softly in the examination rooms too. It felt like some were talking really loudly. That s why I like Dr. Masso. She talks in a nice low voice that keeps my cat calm.

All the staff were wonderful and very friendly!

Dr. Wilson was wonderful. She called the next day with blood results and answered my questions. The staff was very friendly and gentle with my dog. The office was clean and service was prompt. So glad I switched offices.

In this post Covid time, companies need to get back to normal (pre covid). It still very hard to get an appointment.

Have been going to Cross Keys Animal Hospital since it opened many years ago. Our animals have received excellent care. Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.
