The internet does say that you are that you are an emergency vet..so i arrived exactly at 8:30 with my asthmatic cat with troubles breathing..they told me they were very busy that day but could see what they could do..to my happiness they took him back back immediately and started oxygen until the Dr arrived..prices were very reasonable and the Dr was very nice didnt try and push me into unnecessary test..so i have a new vet now!

cross keys animal hospital has a very friendly staff and vet drs. My dog isn t friendly with people he doesn t know but warms up to the dr quickly. great place to take your pets!!!

Had an appointment scheduled for 9:30am. Arrived at 9:15 and was sent into a room by a vet tech almost immediately, but then had to wait at least 45 minutes in this exam room before the doctor came in. It was past 10am by the time the doctor saw my pet. Should NOT be scheduling appointments when the doctor is not available. Could ve told us to come in at 10! Did not receive any apology or explanation as to why our wait was so long. My dog gets extremely nervous and anxious and was trembling through the entire wait time.

Dr Mazzo has been providing care for our 2 cats for quite awhile. They both are at ease with her which makes me very happy. Because of that reason, we will continue to drive from Philadelphia. The staff are very pleasant and professional.

Dr. Masso is amazing. I have a dog with high anxiety she I was very accommodating for our upcoming surgery. The staff is always friendly and gets us in at a timely manner.
