I would give 10 stars plus if I could .. they take very good care of my pugs. Dr Masso and her staff of girls are always so welcoming and always there They are awesome ..

I really appreciate being seen for an emergency situation during your busy schedule. Dr Quinn and the rest of the staff did an excellent job with addressing our needs.

When treating long term issues don’t nickel and dime for every little thing I have to come in for.

Dr. Masso is the best. She takes a reasonable approach to treating the animals.

Can’t fix perfect

We love our vets @ Cross Keys Animal Hospital. All of the doctors and staff are extremely professional and handle our cats as if they were their own. We highly recommend them to anyone who has pets! Their website is user friendly and they are efficient in responding thru email. They are so close to our home so that our cats aren t as stressed when traveling to their appt. In times of an emergency, they accommodate us ASAP/that day in spite of their busy schedule. Victor and MaryLou Romano

The staff and the doctor were very pleasant. The vet was informative and answered all of my questions.

Always a pleasure having Dr Masso check our “baby”. We have been coming to see her for 25years. Each of our 3 boxers have received excellent care from the entire staff of Drs and techs.

We are very fund of Dr Hosier. Bailey stresses always at vet and Dr Hosier responsive to her needs and feeling. That’s make all of us feel good. And as always the all the techs and receptionist are very nice and helpful.
