Dr Masso & the vet techs were great, as usual!!! Their calm, friendly & caring demeanor put my three nervous dogs at ease. I have been to many animal hospitals over the years & none can compare to Dr Masso’s dedication, expertease & caring practice. This also applies to the entire staff.

The one thing that needs to pay attention is the answering system. Every time I call they put me on hold for long periods of time, like 10 or 15 minutes wait. I think that is to much. Thank you for take good care of my pet!!!

We love Cross Keys Animal Hospital!! We have been going there for almost 12 years. Dr.Masso has taken care of our Charlotte, our late Mojo,Moe,and Tessie and now our Milo. The entire staff is always friendly. Thank you for loving our babies as much as we do!! ????

Check out long. When receptionist took my file didn’t acknowledge me and went to help another worker with her computer after ten minutes waiting another person checked me out. Receptionist should deal with customers firsy

Dr. Masso has an amazing bedside manner, from one physician to another- I m a medical physician. She s seen thousands of cats, but when I was in the room with my senior female Maine Coon, she made me feel like it was the first time she s ever seen one. Never felt rushed until her MA came in disguising a urgent lab issue as let s wrap it up... . I have no vet insurance and she never made me feel obligated to follow with anything- no pressure. Professional, warm, top notch.

I needed my dog to be seen that day for boarding shots and you got me in within the hour when I called at 6 pm. It was amazing and really helped me out. I would give 100 stars. Everyone was so nice too!!

Dr. Quinn has been very good to our pups and with us. She takes a practical approach towards management and treatment and provides very good explanations. She is open to working together towards the welfare of our pets. I appreciate the collaborative effort. Quality of care has been great.
