COVID restrictions were in place so things were quite different than what we are used to. The tech came and got my little man from the car and returned him promptly. I had provided my credit card so billing was already taken care of and I got a certificate of vaccination and a receipt. All went very smoothly. Thank you.

The entire Staff were friendly, courteous and professional.

While we are fond of each of the Veterinarians, and feel confidence in seeing each, we have a personal preference for Dr. Masso. We specifically made an appointment with Dr. Masso. It was a different Vet who saw our pet. Both the visit and the Vet were perfectly fine. If a particular Vet is requested, and an appointment made for that Vet, then that should be the Vet seeing the pet. Certainly if something comes up, that is understandable.

Love using the Pet portal. It was quick and easy.

I’m thankful we were able to be seen so quickly. Cassy is feeling better already. Thank you!

I have been going to Dr. Masso for years and I adore her. She has always been attentive and compassionate. She is very personable and makes me feel that my pet is very important to her. She has helped me through many difficult times and I appreciate the attention her whole staff offers to me and my pet.

Everything was fine (having difficulty getting the stars to cooperate! Our kitty had trouble after his innoculations with vomiting (for about two days) and lethargy. He is back to his noral, wonderful self now but don t know what happened!

Vets, along with techs, are very caring and take their time during the exam.
