I have been coming to the office frequently with Jada due to her condition and each and every time the staff has made me AND Jada feel comfortable with any procedures being done. The entire staff from Dr. Wilson and other Dr.s, tech and front desk are always pleasant And informative. I always tell my friends and family with pets how pleased i am to find an office where you could not ask for more friendly and helpful individuals.

Have more availability for Emergency appointments. My dog hurt his leg and was limping and it took me three days to get an appointment for him to get checked out. Other than that you guys do a fantastic job!

All this above is so true. It s like being a part of a family. The staff was very helpful and pleasant from the girls at the desk to the doctor and her assistant. I am so glad I am back even though the distance to the office is about 40 to 50 minutes away. It is truly worth this distance to get this great service for my cat.

Dr. Masso is great. She took her time and answered all my questions. I always seen Dr VanCoy and we do miss her and wish her well. I will continue to bring my cat to see Dr. Maaso.
