Signed in upon arrival as no receptionist was there at that time to give my name to. Waited almost 20 minutes passed my 11:00 appt time before being escorted to examination room. No explanation was provided even when I mentioned the wait time to the receptionist. This is only my second visit but so far I am not happy with the front office staff. I am however extremely impressed with Dr. Van Kooy and the Veterinary Aides. The care and attention that they give to Buddy is what really matters.

I love Dr. Masso and I prefer only to see her for continuity of care for my pup, but it is very difficult to see her in a timely fashion (understandably because she is so popular and caring and awesome!), so I waited over a month for this appointment. It’s no big deal because I knew ahead of time to call a month in advance but I hate when my pup is sick and I cannot get in to see her. :( Those are the times I feel like I’d like to see her the most. ....but overall, I am overwhelmingly satisfied with this office and the care received here, which is why I travel 45 min each way to come here. I refuse to switch vets because I know my baby is loved just as much here as he is by me. I feel comfortable and safe in each and every decision made by the physician and I try to refer people here all the time, even from Millville! It’s so clear that the practice is care-driven and not money driven and I’m always impressed with new ways that message is delivered. This past visit, Dr. Masso did not require my pup to have labs for heart worm medication because I have never skipped a dose of heart worm medication. I have read in the past how this blood test is a huge money maker for a lot of clinics and many times unnecessary, but that almost all clinics require it... so I just assumed that was what would happen and I came prepared to have it done. I was shocked when she said it wasn’t necessary and wrote me the rx for heartgard. THANK YOU for not ordering unnecessary tests on my pup just for financial gain. It makes me want to just donate the money I WOULD have spent on it to you guys because I know my baby is in such great hands. Thank you thank you thank you.

I love cross keys animal hospital ! Dr. Masso ( and the other docs) are awesome! Indy has been a patient for 11 years. As an active golden doodle he has gotten into some trouble -sticks stuck in the roof of his mouth, large splinters, lyme disease, cysts,etc. Cross keys always gets us in the same day for emergencies, they are competent, caring, professional, just awesome!! Thank you guys!!!!!

I understand my dog is high energy but I felt he spent more time with the Wonderful Vet Tech (She was very caring) than he did with the Dr. She seemed kind of scared of him but honestly I don’t believe he would do anything to hurt anyone. ??

Dr. Quinn was spectacular, She sat down and made my dog feel much more comfortable. She is great with animals and their parents TOO!
