Don t change a thing.. Dr Masso is like family to me and my pups...Couldn t be luckier to have a vet like her taking care of my kids..and all the techs are just the best.. loving and caring..

Cross keys is a great place to take your pet. We left regional vet for many reasons and was taken in and treated like we areare a part of their family..Dr Masso is a gift and we are happy to be there.

As always everyone was professional and kind. Time wait was great as they had a few emergencies that morning and someone was also saying goodbye to their dear pet. I just love Dr. Masso. She is so kind and really cares about my Zoey who is my life!

It took 3 weeks to get my dog s appointment, but only because you are very busy. I know if I had an emergency, your staff would do their best to accommodate us.

Dr. Masso is great. We once went to a vet that talked in a loud voice that made our cat cringe, but Dr. Masso was caring and sensitive. We love her manner, how she interacted with both Shadow and us.

I was so lucky to have Dr. Masso recommended to me 12 years ago. She has always been so great to my dogs. Not all doctors are willing to take time out of their day to call on their own and explain what is going on and the next steps to take. There aren’t enough kind words to describe her. Penny is also great. She always knows who I am when I call, and is always so helpful. She is always so sweet when we come in for visits. Thanks for being such a great animal hospital.

The receptionist and tech were very personable. I had a conflict of timing and they both came together and offered my dog to stay for additional testing while i was able to still keep my appointments . That was acceptional .
