Always a pleasure having Dr Masso for our visits. Chloe loves her as have our 2 dogs before her. Dr Masso is professional but down to earth as well. We have seen all the staff and feel comfortable with all of them.

I was told before I came there that it was going to be $7 for nail cutting for my cat and $7 for the tech to do it. When it came to pay the bill they said $24. I told them what I was told the day before when I called and they said that I was given the wrong info. I was pretty disappointed but I paid the bill. $24 to cut a cats nailes is alittle much. I can go to pet smart and get them cut for $12. I know you have to make a profit but $24 for nail cutting is alittle steep.

I am so happy with Cross Keys Animal Hospital. My Luna broke her tail the day after Christmas, and even with the many emergencies they were already dealing with they made time for my girl. They treated her just the way I would and were so caring and helpful even when I kept calling to check in on her. I will never go to any other vet and absolutely love all of the staff here. Thank you all so much!

Dr. Mary and staff saved my dog Charlie s life after he swallowed 90 pills. I will forever be grateful. Great emergency care.

This was our first visit with Dr Quinn and she was lovely. Her exam was quick and to the point which was exactly what we needed during the snow storm. Thanks Penny for calling us back so quick to let us know of the cancellation. We refuse to go anywhere else for Vet care!
