I appreciated the time Dr. Gregg spent with me and my dog. She also had somebody call me on her day off to provide me with the bloodwork results and then took the time to call me herself when she arrived back in the office the following day. The time she spent with me and my dog helped me feel at ease with the status of my dog s medical condition.

Debbie, and Dr. Masso, were both wonderful in answering every question and helping us with our new puppy!

I thoroughly enjoyed services of the doctor and office staff. Only concern was when I received bill there was an amount of 144 for senior profile which was not explained or summarized at all in addition to the price for office visit. I was given a follow up call and explained there was no change at all w my cat. But did not receive any advice. In summary I enjoyed my visit

I love all the staff and Vets. We have been using you guys for about 15 years and am very satisfied. The only thing that I am unsatisfied with is the fact that your office does not have anyone on call for emergencies.

Dr. Masso and her assistant were wonderful with my cat Cali. She is not always the best behaved when on these visits. They handled her with such care and professionalism. Staff very friendly as well- highly recommend.

My cat spent six days at the facility and the staff treated him like he was their own.

Cooper had a dental cleaning on 10/2 and the staff and care were excellent.His teeth look great and he is doing well. Thanks ! Mary Lou Dickens

Awesome staff, I really mean they are absolutely amazing and we love Dr. Masso! I would never dream of of taking our pups any where else! By the way our fur babies love Dr Masso and the staff!!!!

We were in and out very quickly. Doctor was great with Felix. It made our visit stress free.

All is good. Maggie (10 lb shih txu) had to break in a new vet which she enjoyed!

Love Dr. Masso!!! She is so caring and kind towards my dog - and towards me too!!! Penny and Raquel great too! Always friendly and welcoming when I come in. They always make sure to acknowledge my dog - who is always looking for attention!!!! Thank you Cross Keys Vets for all you do!!!
