I made the appointment with a woman who, I think, might be new. What she offered as appt. times didn’t mesh Ruth me calendar. It took her a bit to realize that she was looking at June.. Another thing. I’m really going to miss Deb!

For question #5, I didn t receive an explanation of the billing procedures but I also didn t ask. I also dread going to the vets with my pets because I am always made to feel pressured to endlessly spend money. There seems to be very few doctors that get that not every pet owner is a bad pet owner just because they cannot afford to do this, that, and the other thing.

I was very glad that Dr. Jackson called personally to tell us how Gemma’s procedure went. One suggestion: moving our dog Gemma into the back room as soon as possible when we arrived would have been helpful. As it was, she grew excited at another dog in the waiting room, and keeping her 70 lbs. in check was a chore while paperwork and questions about her were discussed. We usually keep her outside until the actual admission when we bring her in for appointments. All in all, though, the staff at the hospital is caring and helpful. Gemma is always glad to see you as are we.

The past 24-years has seen a lot of changes – some for the better and some better off forgotten. I ve lost track of the number of cats who have lived with me during this period, but I remember that each one of them received excellent treatment at the LVH. And despite the couple of years of confusion as new employees came and went, not once did I ever feel my cats were receiving less than superior care. I m so fortunate to have chosen you of all the clinics in the area. You guys are the best! Levi, Humpty-Hump, Lyta, and Talia

Every part of my experience with my new rescue puppy’s first visit to the vet was terrific!! He was given an excellent complete exam, shots, etc and all the info I needed was clear & concise. As usual, I am so impressed with this practice!!

As always it was a 5 star visit all around. My dog is very comfortable and we finely after all the years of going their he got on the scale with very little help and even let them get him on the table and raise it. The doctor and staff were very kind and helpful as always. I have recommended you to many of my friends and other family. Some of my family does already take their dogs here. I am thankful for all the kindness and everyone is always so nice and helpful with any questions I have. Thank you all for the great care you give to my dog.
