The vet s examining room had a very strong urine smell ,that made it unpleasant to have to wait in.Not sure who the receptionist is, the desk was empty very often and it seemed kind of disorganized.

Though the items above were great, this appointment was the most troubling I ve had in all my years there. The doctor recommended an extremely costly procedure for my dog which would cost almost a month s salary. I m sure there s never a great way to impart that information, but I was left extremely unsatisfied about the way it was done. The recommendation for next steps was confusing to me. The bad news was not delivered in a fashion that was easy for me to understand. And I was left to feel that if I wasn t able to spend thousands of dollars on surgery, I would be negligent.

Everyone is always very helpful and friendly. I have never had a problem getting in to see the dr. Everyone always explains everything and if I asking questions the dr or staff take the time to answer. Keep up the great work.

smelled like dog but this would be expected - you are a vet! did not like the receptionist saying my cat was feisty as though she was complaining my cat reacted in a way she did not like. how would she feel when she is sick to have a needle in her neck. one would think she would understand his reacting in pain.

We were very happy with the care our dog Jack received on the morning of 6/2. Dr. Jackson determined quickly that Jack might have a herniated disc and recommended taking him immediately to Tufts Vet Medical Hospital in Worcester. Her diagnosis was confirmed via MRI and Jack had emergency surgery that evening and is doing well. If we had waited even a day, the result could have been much different. Thanks!

I appreciated how Dr. Lichtenberg understood my financial constraints and was willing to suggest different approaches (i.e. waiting and observing, home care, etc). I hope the new Vets will also be cognizant that some of their patients caretakers have to be frugal.I look forward to meeting the new Vets!

I really care for Dr. Jackson and have found her sympathetic, personable, and very knowledgable .i am pleased to have her tend my pets. I rated all excellent. I am doing this on my IPad and hope it registers.
