These questions under the umbrella of Co-Vid and all its re- strictions really don t apply as they have in the past. It was painful to not be able to be there with my pet and communicate freely with my vet. If this situation occurs at the time of a future appt., we will just wait it out til we can be together freely. I usually learn something at these appts. But this time that was not possible.

I would have liked to speak directly with the doctor the same day my dog was seen. However, the service was excellent, and the doctor saw my dog as an emergency without and appointment - which I was so grateful for.

Wish I could have gone in with my cat but with COVID I understand. Was surprised the rabies price increased by $10 in one year. Side effects of the vaccinations would have been nice as my cat was so exhausted for the rest of the day and didn’t get up the rest of the day.

My cats and I have always been pleased by the kindness and professional treatment at Lichtenberg. Monkey told me himself that he was grateful for the affection and the suggestions for his treatment. He s 17! Looks and feels great. I m glad to be told that he needs to eat more, not less! He is, of course, delighted. Meow, meow! You re the greatest!
