I was surprised to find that the prices have gone up. I think we should be told when you raise your prices. Staff are always friendly. I love Emily and Nadine however, staff appeared rushed and stressed. The overall feel of the practice has changed. Not sure if I will continue taking my pets here. It s a hard decision to leave...

My pets have been patients here for the past 7 or 8 years. My biggest complaint is that as soon as I get to know one vet, they leave. There has been a lot of turn over and it is a source of frustration for me. I know its just the way things have worked out, but it doesn t make me feel very loyal since the people I work with have changed so much :-/

We miss seeing the Vet in the office etc. But we understand COVID19 regulations may alter our visits.

I’m disappointed that I couldn’t go in with Sadie. She was so anxious that you couldn’t clip her nails. If I had been there it might have been different.

I was charged $30 for a day visit that lasted less than an hour because there were no open appointments. That seems a bit unfair. I would like a $30 credit put on my account.

I was very pleased with our visit! Our dog loves her vet and the techs. You are all doing a great job in very difficult times.

Very prompt and courteous & and explained everything in a way that I could understand

My only problem was that I didn’t have a phone I was familiar with.

Overall my visit was great, but my bill was higher than expected. When I asked for a breakdown over the phone, I was told somewhat rudely that I would see the breakdown when I got the bill. It turned out that I was overcharged by $175. I would have appreciated a more appropriate initial response from the receptionist.

The only reason I said it wasn t easy to get in to be seen was because at the time I called, I was told not only were you not seeing new patients but also turning away old patients (which we are). The receptionist was able to help us out due to a cancellation, I think, but for a while there it seemed as though we wouldn t be able to get in period. Which made us sad. We love your office and would ve been so bummed to need to find a new vet.

Took more than a month to schedule an annual checkup. No great urgency for such an appointment, but past my pet s due date.

Due to Covid-19 I didn t go inside the building. Everything was done remotely or by phone. I was very pleased with your service.

Several of these questions don’t apply! I didn’t step into the office and the bill was emailed to me. It took 2 months to get an appt. b/c of COVID. The doctor didn’t spend any time with me - I never met her since I stayed in my car. I don’t know how much time she spent with my dog. I CAN say then staff was friendly and that I had to wait about 15 minutes once I arrived. Hope this suffices! Thanks, Ellen
