I checked off excellent for everything but it didn t seem to register the stars never changed. I am sure the office facilities were clean but I never went indoors. I have always felt very comfortable inside your office. Thanks for the great service

I was fine with the visit, except when Dr. Molly came out to my car at the end, after Phoebe was back in the car. She, I felt, was too close to me, and kept playing with her face mask, and even pulled it down once or twice. I thought that this was not very professional an action for a doctor. Also, as a very long-time client, I was not happy with the fact that I had to turn over my credit card to be taken back inside and then brought back to me. I said that I would call as soon as I got home with my credit card #, etc., but was told that was not permitted. All this was very distressing to me, so I think that in light of my history with the Lichtenberg clinic, as well as my past payment record, that you might have paid me some compensation during my visit with Phoebe.
