In general, I am very happy so far with our new vet! A coupled of suggestions. It would be nice to be given the estimate for procedures in advance. I had to ask for the estimate for a dental cleaning. It would have been nice to be informed about the details of drop-off, pick-up, food the night before, ect. when the appointment for the dental was scheduled. I would really appreciate it if the vets would review at least the recent history for both our dogs which our previous vet sent over. Mitra had had all her blood work done last month at her previous vet, but neither Dr Jenny nor Dr Molly were aware of that. If I had not noticed, she would have had unnecessary and costly blood work a second time.

We love, love, love your longtime receptionist (Emily?) who’s been there for years. Please keep her for years to come.

I mentioned when my dog first when into hospital that it may be constipation. If that had been addressed first, it would have saved you a lot of time and me a lot of money! My dog has this thing about where to have a bowel movement!

Very loyal to this practice after they kept my kitty on an IV for days when I was in college and helped me out financially with it. I moved away for 4 years and came back just as loyal as ever. Thank you, Lichtenberg!

I called that morning and was able to be seen that afternoon which is exactly what I wanted. I am always pleased with the service both my pet, Sophie, and I/we receive when we come to the hospital. The doctor and staff are wonderful. We are very fortunate to have such excellent, compassionate care for our baby-with-a-tail.
