The office staff know who I am when I call. I can get an appointment quickly adn appointments start on time! I feel listened to and I see my cats getting excellent treatment.

Very positive experience. Staff was friendly, professional, and wonderful with my sometimes temperamental dog. Dr. Pelletier was calm, patient and explained things clearly.
