As always, a good experience. Waiting area and examining room are always clean. Dr. Hardy is easy to talk to and his explanations are understandable. Samantha does an excellent job as well as Dr Hardy s assistants. I am not a relative!

The receptionist was friendly and acknowledge us, but was dealing with another client on the phone. Having to go in the back to get answers. This was not upsetting because we would want the same attention if our pet was ill.

Our cat came in as an emergency and was facing some pretty grim odds of surviving. The entire staff was attentive, caring, and supportive to our family and went above and beyond to help our little guy beat the odds and be able to come home with us again.

I find the office and everyone I have encountered there to be very warm and welcoming. Even my old lady cats seem to be very comfortable!

Not satisfied with lack of physician contact post-op. Why did the pre-operative doctor not do the surgery ? Would like continuity of care esp since my pet has bladder issues and the incontinence has become worse post-op.

Dr. Hardy and staff are all very knowledgeable, helpful and compassionate. Very happy and appreciative of the service provided!

As always, staff was friendly and attentive to me and my pet. Dr. Hardy is wonderful and suggested a treatment that didn’t include any unnecessary tests or procedures. It’s great to know they care so much about all the fur babies they see.

Dr. Chen and Alyssa were very courteous, helpful, and professional. Dr. Chen even called me with Cleo s test result from her personal phone in the evening after the regular hours... just so that we wouldn t have to wait. We really appreciate your generosity. Thank you, ladies! =)

I realize that you need to sanitize areas to have a clean facility but the scent is not very strong. It took my breath away. Is it possible to use a different cleaner. I have been to other veterinary hospitals and the office does not have the unpleasant odor. This is NOT the first time I’ve noticed it at your facility.
