Thank you for seeing my dog Maya the day I noticed a problem. I am very grateful for your care and know she is on the mend now.

Everything was fine, no complaints. Although I would have loved the cost to be less, it was not unexpected :) for what was done.

I deeply appreciate the care and concern shown by Dr. Quigley and the staff at the hospital. Thank you for your treatment of Gabriella s pesky rash and her Cushings disease. I feel she is in excellent hands.

Always have a good experience. When you walk in the door it doesn’t have a dirty smell like some other animal hospitals. The doctors spend a comfortable amount of time with us, we’ve had visits go both ways. The staff is very friendly and helpful always.

I always feel like I m getting the best care for my two cats from Dr Hardy, the vet techs and the assistants. Thank you and keep up the good work.

The staff did not seem focused on helping us get checked in (spent time chatting with colleagues and other colleagues interrupted her for help like she wasn’t already doing something) and then during the appointment, we didn’t feel heard by the staff. As our cats were new, we attempted to explain the high level of anxiety the cats have re: vet visits and what usually makes them comfortable. But our concerns were dismissed and we were told that the vet would be in soon. The vet was very nice and answered our questions, but it felt rushed. When explaining about our one kitty eating too quickly and regurgitating his food, she suggested spreading the kibble onto a cookie tray. During our explanation of what had been happening, we had already stated that we had tried various methods- including what she proposed. So when it was suggested to us, we realized that perhaps we weren’t being listened to 100%. Overall, everyone was nice. But we just aren’t confident in the services provided and don’t plan on returning.

Kristina the groomer does a wonderful job. The staff is awesome!

This visit was an emergency. I am so happy with how quickly we were able to come in. Everyone from the front desk to the doctor were kind and compassionate to both me and my dog. Everything was explained in a way that made it easy for me to understand.

I have been a happy customer since 1987. The doctors and staff have provided excellent care to my many pets over the years. I would recommend them to anyone.

I appreciate the ease of a speedy appointment for my dog. The front desk staff was very nice, Dr. Chen was also very nice. We were not rushed any everyone answered our questions. Bed side manner of the vet tech could have been a little better. I felt I had to probe her a bit for answers after she brought my dog back out into the room. Front desk at check out did not go over the bill with me, just gave me the total. I had to ask to see what each charge was etc. No a huge deal, but when you are told $289 and some change for your 15 minute appt they should prob go over the invoice with you :) Thanks!

The vet was very knowledgeable and thorough during our puppy appointment. The puppy could have multiple issues causing an upset GI tract and the vet gave me multiple solutions for this problem. I ve already followed through with on all of them and she is already feeling better. I drive from Pennsylvania just to come to this veterinary office and I will continue to do so as long as I am a pet parent! My husband and I both had our childhood dogs come to this office and now we are on dog number 3 of our own and continue to come here. You guys rock!

Great service all the time!

The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Hardy and the techs are attentive to my questions and offer good explanations regarding use of medications. FYI: The question regarding billing didn’t really apply. That’s why I gave it a middle rating. Otherwise, this office deserves a “5”.

Sophie had a grooming appointment with Kristina. We love her! She is very professional and kind and caring towards you and your pet.
