The time spent in office for a wellness visit was a bit longer than usual. One of the girls at the front desk was not very kind to us, though we’ve never experienced this issue before. Dr. Langworthy was kind, very thorough/explained everything in depth, and was very patient with our pets.

We so much enjoyed seeing the new male vet. My apologies, was his name Randy? I should be shot for not remembering because he really impressed us. Probably helped that he seemed to like Tommy. We are in hopes of seeing him in the future.

Very thankful that the staff and doctor made time to see Teddy immediately for his bleeding toe. A couple of hours later after sedation and a procedure, he was sent home bandaged and with pain meds to help him with his recovery. Kingdom Animal Hospital is the only place I take my dog and birds for medical care. They are the best!

I appreciate the care and knowledge of the staff. Thank you for sharing your expertise and actually being exotic vets instead of saying you’ll see exotics. Makes a lot of difference for pet parents. I also understand there is sometimes a wait, but it would be nice if staff acknowledged this up front - “we had an unexpectedly sick piggie in that needs to be stabilized so you may have a delayed start time” instead of us wondering if we were forgotten. This isn’t a huge complaint, because if I were the pet parent of a critically sick piggie, I’d appreciate your focus and care as well. I know yall are doing your best and absolutely appreciate that!

Good morning! I made my appt with Dr Wll on the recommendation of Elizabeth Thiele, a neighbor. I didn’t learn until I got there that I would not be seeing Dr Wolk which was a surprise. If a potential client calls to be seen by Dr Wolk, a simple explanation that Dr Wolk doesn’t have the time but Dr Langworthy, would you be okay with seeing one of our other DVMs would be appropriate.

This place is top notch! I very much appreciate being able to get an appointment when needed. I feel Dr.Randy genuinely cares. The only downside is the cost. The pricing is much higher than where I normally go.

They did not charge us correctly and some lady called to tell me she was calling to collect what they forgot to bill us. I was just going to give her my card over the phone and I felt she was rude and sarcastic. Not happy at all

For this appointment, once we had the blood test (3rd as of recent), the results and next steps were clearly explained to us. I was very happy that we were able to get in the annual check and shots at the same time, which was not scheduled but offered while we were walked back to our room. I was also happy that we were able to get the ultrasound done as a next step. I’m grateful to the whole staff for being available and helpful every time I come. Everyone is always great with my two dogs. This has been our vet for many years and I don’t see us leaving. It’s worth driving from South Haven to get great care.
