Hellcat s visit on September 30 was flawless and smooth. We arrived a bit early and were shown directly to an exam room. Dr. Brenning and Stacey completed his wellness check, identified areas that needed attention, and explained everything to me in easy to understand terms. And the receptionist helped me get Hellcat back into the car for the trip home. The entire Kingdom Animal Hospital staff was totally professional and I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a vet clinic.

I am very happy with the care my pet receives at Kingdom and with the customer service!

The young lady with the purplish hair was super kind and nice to Jessie. You could tell she really cares especially when Jessie got her shots. Dr. Wolk is really kind and you can tell she really cares. She was really awesome with Jessie and I really appreciated the detailed exam report she sent me in the email after her visit. Thank you for suggesting Traxadone for her noise anxiety,hopefully it helps her. Thank you for treating her with kindness and compassion, she really is a great dog for living at a shelter for 4 years.She just needed a forever family to love and care for her.

I am not satisfied, my wife asked for blood work to be done and was told it was not needed and was given antibiotics only, my dog ended up passing away two days later, we attempted to reach the veterinarian and left a message to be called back and yet nothing has 2 days into the week and 3 days after our dog passed. We feel like we were just taken for our money and could of possibly prevented his or they could of told us he was going to pass away eventually.

The vet and vet tech were incredibly nice and gave lots of helpful advice and answered every question and concern-a lot before I had to ask which was fantastic.

We asked to get our dogs nails done. In order to do this we asked for her to be sedated. This is the only way we can get her nails done. This should be noted in her chart. Instead no one listened to us. We were charged almost 100$ in meds for two nails done and sent home and still we have a dog with long nails. We are really disappointed. We were given a second appointment to bring her back in with the second dose of medicine you gave us but we canceled it because the medicine didn t work. She was not less anxious and so we didn t bring her back. Plus in the middle of this our grandson was born. We really wish we hadn t spent 100$ on medicine to not have our dogs nails not clipped. We really wish we were taken seriously and we wished we were listened too. Money is not easy right now and now we still have a dog with long nails and we have to find somewhere to take her that will listen and help us. Pilarski household

Everyone is always so kind and caring!! I just love the staff!! When we get our new puppy in 2027 we plan to bring our new baby to see Dr. Wolk!! I love how much care Dr. Wolk puts into my flock of 21 girls and I have come to trust her and believe she will put as much care into our new puppy too!! Keep up the great work!! You have a patient for life!!

I’m very protective of my dog and feel uncomfortable when the tech leaves with my dog to do blood draws. Makes me want to find some other place. I just want to see what’s happening with my pet. Bill was fine but no explanation. I find it odd paying so much and asked if I wanted a copy when I had no idea of cost if anything. Of course I want a copy to see what the breakdown is

Sadie was referred to the ER Center in town & given excellent care there. Compassion, kindness and a battery of tests given to determine her condition & great explanation !
