I drive an hour for my birds to get care here. It is totally worth the trip. They are friendly, knowledgeable and the vet explains things town to my level. She answers every question and cares about my birds as if they were hers.

Everyone at the office was super kind and made me feel like I had done a really good job taking care of Vera at home as much as I could without prescription allergy meds. She started her medication and is doing really really well. Thank you to your staff and the fact that I saw you guys were all extremely kind and helpful.

The veteran I saw was extremely rude and not friendly, did not make me feel welcome. She wouldn’t give me advice about my dog throwing up because I didn’t have the right appointment. I didn’t expect an exam on my dog just a little advice. She also didn’t introduce her self to my dog and said “ you can hold her back” in an extremely rude tone. Please educate you veterinarians on how to be a kind to their customers and interact properly with animals!

Hellcat s visit on September 30 was flawless and smooth. We arrived a bit early and were shown directly to an exam room. Dr. Brenning and Stacey completed his wellness check, identified areas that needed attention, and explained everything to me in easy to understand terms. And the receptionist helped me get Hellcat back into the car for the trip home. The entire Kingdom Animal Hospital staff was totally professional and I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a vet clinic.

The young lady with the purplish hair was super kind and nice to Jessie. You could tell she really cares especially when Jessie got her shots. Dr. Wolk is really kind and you can tell she really cares. She was really awesome with Jessie and I really appreciated the detailed exam report she sent me in the email after her visit. Thank you for suggesting Traxadone for her noise anxiety,hopefully it helps her. Thank you for treating her with kindness and compassion, she really is a great dog for living at a shelter for 4 years.She just needed a forever family to love and care for her.

I am not satisfied, my wife asked for blood work to be done and was told it was not needed and was given antibiotics only, my dog ended up passing away two days later, we attempted to reach the veterinarian and left a message to be called back and yet nothing has 2 days into the week and 3 days after our dog passed. We feel like we were just taken for our money and could of possibly prevented his or they could of told us he was going to pass away eventually.

The vet and vet tech were incredibly nice and gave lots of helpful advice and answered every question and concern-a lot before I had to ask which was fantastic.
