I appreciate the care and knowledge of the staff. Thank you for sharing your expertise and actually being exotic vets instead of saying you’ll see exotics. Makes a lot of difference for pet parents. I also understand there is sometimes a wait, but it would be nice if staff acknowledged this up front - “we had an unexpectedly sick piggie in that needs to be stabilized so you may have a delayed start time” instead of us wondering if we were forgotten. This isn’t a huge complaint, because if I were the pet parent of a critically sick piggie, I’d appreciate your focus and care as well. I know yall are doing your best and absolutely appreciate that!

Good morning! I made my appt with Dr Wll on the recommendation of Elizabeth Thiele, a neighbor. I didn’t learn until I got there that I would not be seeing Dr Wolk which was a surprise. If a potential client calls to be seen by Dr Wolk, a simple explanation that Dr Wolk doesn’t have the time but Dr Langworthy, would you be okay with seeing one of our other DVMs would be appropriate.

This place is top notch! I very much appreciate being able to get an appointment when needed. I feel Dr.Randy genuinely cares. The only downside is the cost. The pricing is much higher than where I normally go.

They did not charge us correctly and some lady called to tell me she was calling to collect what they forgot to bill us. I was just going to give her my card over the phone and I felt she was rude and sarcastic. Not happy at all

For this appointment, once we had the blood test (3rd as of recent), the results and next steps were clearly explained to us. I was very happy that we were able to get in the annual check and shots at the same time, which was not scheduled but offered while we were walked back to our room. I was also happy that we were able to get the ultrasound done as a next step. I’m grateful to the whole staff for being available and helpful every time I come. Everyone is always great with my two dogs. This has been our vet for many years and I don’t see us leaving. It’s worth driving from South Haven to get great care.

I love coming to this vet clinic. My only negative is that the support staff kept challanging me on how things needed to be done for my adopted dog. Instead they should have taken my concerns to the dr. And let them know that i needed to have them help me make some decisions. I needed to ask pertinent questions and ultimately did what the support staff was wanting, I just needed some data to make that decision. I think that experience and training will help them, but they need to be more of a liaison and less confrontational. All of the support staff that I have met there are really nice, just a little green and need more experience and training in this area, I hope that this doesn’t come as a complaint, but a suggestion to make your business better than its competitors.
