Little bit of a wait in the exam room

Only one issue. I saw a technician bring the resident African grey parrot very close to a client’s dog, to say hello or whatever. That is extremely dangerous and should never ever happen, I was really scared watching it. Definitely makes me think twice about ever leaving my birds there unsupervised. That said, my personal experience with the vet was very good.

Thanks to the team for helping out Lucky! They were very kind to him and he s starting to improve a lot from when he came in. Will definitely return here for regular checkups for him

I always hesitate to fill out these surveys if I cannot give 5 stars on everything but I reminded myself that this is how we grow and improve. I understand why my appointment was rescheduled and why the wait was rather long. So I wasn t upset about it. But you asked... so I responded honestly. Also, there was not explanation about biling procedure other than the $75 up front for new customers. But it was rather simple so I also wasn t upset about that. Thank you for seeing exotics!!!

Unfortunately, the experience during the last visit was very poor. We will not be coming back and will be switching to a new clinic.

Very allergic (MCS) to the scented candles that were burning so that was hard to sit in the waiting area.

Thanks to the lovely care I received at this hospital, my cat twilightis doing great! She handled the move out of my apartment with ease, immediately taking on the task of exploring with confidence. She s been jumping onto furniture and boxes, and her fur on her stomach that she licked bald from the UTI pain is almost completely grown back. I m very happy with the care that was given to her. Everyone who helped handle her is very gentle and caring.

The staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. They re sensitive to the needs of my birds. I highly recommend Kingdom Animal Hospital!

The staff did a great job. Love our veterinary! It was a added bonus that Dr. Carpenter was helping out the day of our appointment. He had done Otis surgery at Family Friends in GR. It was nice to be able to tell him how the surgery changed Otis s life. :) Five stars!!

The care the staff gave to my cat was wonderful. The staff listened to me and together we chose a plan of action that was just right. I am very pleased with their service. One can tell that both pets and owners are valued.
