You can’t even change the star on your survey, but you change staff every week and took 3 DNA samples from my puppy in the past 6 months with no results of bloodline yet so I’m not sure you want a review from me because I’m pretty sure y’all just had me get them hart worm test a month before their check up to charge me for DNA test again

Dr Wolk rocks, she is kind helpful and open to discussion. The only doctor we see for our dog. Her staff is great and always willing to help. The other female vet I cannot be kind after our last encounter, but everyone else I have worked with there is great

Did not have nail grinding machine, so they ended up using a clipper for her nails which barely did anything. We paid to have nails trimmed & they are barely any shorter/less sharp.

Everything about visit was exactly as I would have wanted. There was no waiting as the clinic took my time into consideration. The vet was caring and efficient. They have it down.

The wait times are consistently an hour plus to see the vet. I realize everyone deserves quality time with the vet, but you need to make less appointments available if the vet cannot realistically see all the appointments. It took an hour and a half past my appointment time to see the vet at this visit, preventing me from doing work on my second job. Our time as a client is valuable too.
